By downloading, installing, or using the mobile app and/or the website of Tatendría, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy notice.

If you access the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the necessary authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for using the platform.

Tatendría is a social networking platform available as a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a website, designed to help adults with similar values, interests, and ambitions connect with one another.

Our services include, among others:

• Creating and managing a personal profile.
• Viewing other users' profiles.
• A matchmaking system based on compatibility.
• Private chat between users who have matched with each other.
• Optional premium features available via subscription.

Tatendría reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

To access Tatendría's features, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Use your own identity; impersonating another person is prohibited.
• Keep your password confidential.
• Please notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.

Tatendría will not be liable for any losses resulting from the unauthorized use of your account when such access occurred due to the user's negligence in protecting their credentials.

Each person may have onlyone active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

By using Tatendría, you agree not to engage in any of the following behaviors:

• Harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Posting content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unauthorized commercial content.
• Sharing content that is sexually explicit, violent, or involves minors.
• Attempting to hack, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with Tatendría's systems.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Collect data from other users without their consent.
• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate and permanent suspension or termination of your account, with no right to a refund.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on Tatendría (photos, text, messages, etc.). By posting content, you agree that:

• You are the owner of the content or hold the necessary rights to it.
• The content does not infringe on the rights of third parties or violate any legal provisions.
• The content is not false, misleading, or harmful to other users.

By uploading content to Tatendría, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content within the platform for the sole purpose of operating the service.

Tatendría reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

All elements of Tatendría—including its name, logo, design, source code, algorithms, text, and original images—are the exclusive property of Tatendría and are protected by the intellectual property laws applicable in Mexico.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform without written permission.
• Reverse engineer the software or application.
• Use the Tatendría name or brand for your own commercial purposes.

Using the platform does not grant you any ownership rights to it or its components.

Tatendría offers basic features for free and additional features through a paid Premium subscription.

• Payments are processed through App Store (Apple) o Google Play (Google), subject to their own policies.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel them before then.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with prior notice.
• No refunds are issued for partially used periods, unless required by applicable law.

To cancel your subscription, do so directly through the App Store or Google Play at least 24 hours in advanceas of the renewal date.

Tatendría may temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel your account in the following cases:

• Violation of any of these Terms of Use.
• Behavior that endangers the safety of other users.
• Fraudulent use or suspicious activity.
• Request from the competent authorities.
• Prolonged account inactivity.

You can delete your account at any time by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent, and you won't be able to recover your history or past matches.

Tatendría is a platform that helps people connect, but does not guarantee specific results in the interpersonal relationships of its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatendría shall not be liable for:

• Damages resulting from interactions between users on or off the platform.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure or maintenance.
• Data loss due to unforeseen technical failures.
• Content posted by third-party users.
• Personal decisions made based on the use of the app.

Use of Tatendría is at your own risk. We recommend that you exercise caution when sharing personal information with other users.

The safety of our community is our top priority. If you notice any behavior that violates these terms, please report it via:

Tatendría will review all reports and take the appropriate action. We promise to respond within 72 business hours.

The malicious use of the reporting system to harm other users also constitutes a violation of these terms.

Tatendría reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on this page, along with the corresponding update date.

In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification or by email at least 15 calendar daysin advance.

Your continued use of the platform after the changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service and delete your account.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and enforcement of this document, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts.
